It is worth noting that the company had previously announced on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website on 12-01-2025 that it had received the award approval, and stated at that time that the financial impact of the project was anticipated to appear during the second quarter of the fiscal year 2025.
However, due to the delay in completing the contract-signing procedures between both parties, issuing the final versions, and receiving the company’s copy, the commencement of the financial impact has been delayed to the second quarter of the 2026 financial year.
