Scientific & Medical Equipment House Co. refers to its announcement dated 26-08-1446H corresponding to 25-02-2025G regarding the affirmation of the preliminary judgment by the Third Circuit of the Court of Appeals at the Commercial Court in Riyadh, whereby the Court issued the final ruling obligating the National Unified Procurement Company for Drugs, Medical Devices and Supplies (NUPCO) to pay Roa Al Hemaya Co. (a subsidiary) the following:
1. An amount of SAR (60,568,458.65) Sixty million five hundred sixty-eight thousand four hundred fifty-eight riyals and sixty-five halalas.
2. An amount of SAR (135,000) One hundred thirty-five thousand riyals as expert fees in this case.
3. An amount of SAR (500,000) Five hundred thousand riyals as attorney fees.
Accordingly, the Company would like to announce to the shareholders that Roa Al Hemaya Co. (a subsidiary) has received today, Tuesday, dated 27-05-2025G, an amount of SAR (61,203,485.60) Sixty-one million two hundred three thousand four hundred eighty-five riyals and sixty halalas, representing the full amount awarded by the court.
